OPERA TO HOST MIGRATION Permission

Description. Provides access to the OPERA to Host Migration Utility, visible only in ASP Mode. This utility allows users to create a new migration from a non-hosted property schema to a chain in the ASP schema in the hosted Oracle Data Center.
