Description. Auto subscription for negotiated rates.

Property Determination. When this parameter is turned on and a new negotiate rate is created on a profile, a subscription message of the new negotiate rate is sent to all interfaced properties via OXI/OXI-HUB automatically if the properties are subscribed to this profile.
