Oversell exists on the following levels:

*The parameter rcat_avail must be activated in the PMS.
Out of Order
- Will work from the property or by being set at the ORS side.
- The Out of Order can be seen in the Availability module of ORS. Selection of the Availability Calendar will allow you to see the Out of Order under these searches OVERSELL and PHYSICAL INVENTORY.
- For every room put out of order in PMS, the amount of rooms is tallied by room type by date and can be seen on the Availability Calendar screen as general amount Out of Order by room type.
