On the Profile Search screen (Profile>Profile Search), when a guest's membership card is swiped to obtain a membership number, the Default Membership Type, if available, is assumed if no Membership Type has been specified in the Mem. Type field.

Reservations>Options>Routing> if OPP_CGA active, then the guest's membership number follows the name if the guest has a membership in the membership program defined by this setting.
