Guest BI Dashboard

The Guest BI Dashboard displays tabs for multiple pages that provide a personalized view of Guest information. The Guest information displayed on the Summary page tab includes "Returning Guests by same year" with prompts for resort and year and "Returning Guests through all years" with prompts for resort and year. The page tabs contain the results of detailed analyses, represented by links, images, graphs, pie charts and BI reports.

Dashboard Prompt

Select from the Resort and Property Chain LOVs to filter the page data by a specific resort or chain.

Apply. Select to apply the prompts.

Reset. Choose from the following options to reset the Dashboard prompts: Reset to last applied values, Reset to default values, Clear All.

Page Prompt

Select from the column LOVs to filter the page data by the selected values.

Summary Page

The Summary page contains high level aggregation of the metrics (tiles) and returning guests by the same year. This page displays "Returning guests by same year" with prompts for resort and year and "Returning Guest through all years" with prompts for resort and year.

Geography of Guests

This report contains Geography of guests by stays for the selected year.

Detail Time statistics

The Detail Time Statistics page contains two pie chart graphs with selected measures division over the years.

Detail Market Statistics

The Detail Market Statistics page shows rooms and revenue information for each Market.

Detail Room Type Statistics

The Detail Room Type Statistics page shows rooms and revenue information for each Room Type.

Detail Source Statistics

The Detail Source Statistics page shows rooms and revenue information for each Source.

Detail Membership Statistics

The Detail Membership Statistics page shows rooms and revenue information for Membership and FF Membership Type.

VIP Guest List

The VIP Guest List report contains Guest list by VIP Category.

Performance Of Top Spenders

The Performance of Top Spenders page contains Top performing Guests by Top N Spenders.

Performance of Top Markets

The Performance of Top Markets page contains Top N Markets for selected years.
