Interface Overview

CONCEPT is an interface between OPERA and CONCEPT EAS for the sharing of profiles and activities. This interface allows for activity look up between the two systems as well as profile creation and data retrieval. In addition, profiles can be linked between the CONCEPT and OPERA systems and reservation look up can be initiated by CONCEPT EAS.

• Profile Data Retrieval
• Profile Creation
• Profile Linkage Creation
• Profile Updates to OPERA
• Reservation Lookup initiated by EAS to OPERA
• Reservation Retrieval in OPERA
• New/change Activity Notifications
• Location Notifications

OPERA supports the following functionality to the Concept EAS interface:
