MANAGE SERVICE REQUESTS Permission

Permission Group. GENERAL

Description. Users with this permission will be able to view, add, edit and delete service Requests. They will be able to do this from all areas where Service Requests can be accessed (Reservation Options, Profile Options, Housekeeping and Miscellaneous). No access to configuration is granted with this permission.
