Description. Displays potential actuals for only the specified Potential Start and End Date range within the selected years on the Potential screen. If inactive, the potential actuals are calculated for the entire year.

The Potential screen is accessed in Sales & Catering>Customer Management>Potential. You can also access the Potential screen by selecting the Potential button on the Account screen or by selecting the Create Potential button in the Business Block Options menu.

When the Calculate button is selected, the Actuals fields in the bottom grid reveal the actuals for the Potential Date Range within the selected years.
