Description. Activate OPERA Channel Management (OCM) functionality.
Property Determination. When set to Y for property, the OCM menu item will be displayed on the Setup>Configuration>Channels menu. In addition, when set to Y, the OCM check box will be displayed on the Edit User screen, which can be selected to make the OCM icon available to the user upon logging on to the property.
