Windows Services Required for HTNG

Once the OEDS installation is complete, access the services window and ensure the following services are running:

• OEDS IQ Processor <InterfaceName>
• OEDS BE Processor <InterfaceName>

  Note: There will be one IQ and one BE service for each HTNG interface installed (selected on the Opera EAS Configuration screen of the OEDS Wizard). For example, Opencourse, Spasoft, etc. Notice that in the image below, two sets of the OEDS BE and the OEDS IQ processors are installed.

• OAP – Activity
• OAP – Reservation
• OAP – Lov
• OAP – Security
• OAP – QueueHandler
• OAP – Stage Profile

The Services screen should appear, similar to the following image:
