Description. When this Parameter is active, the property will be able to define a multiplier in order for OOO/OOS rooms to accumulate Rotation Points.

Property Determination. When this parameter is activated, unit rooms that have an Out of Order or Out of Service status assigned to them will accumulate Rotation Points based on the configuration setup by the property.
