Description. Activate Out of Order Functionality.
Internal Name. OUT_OF_ORDER
Property Determination. OPERA lets you define rooms that were removed from use for Out of Order reasons. Using the Out of Order option you can take a room out of order for a certain amount of time. The Out of Order status code prevents the property from assigning these rooms to reservations. An Out of Order room status is taken out of availability and means that the room is not for sale because it needs repairs.
The Out of Order application function cannot be deactivated until there are no current and scheduled Out of Order Rooms.
