Description. Override the current value of envelope greeting whenever title is changed.
Internal Name. OVERRIDE_ENVELOPE_GREETING
Property Determination. In ORS, when set to Y, the Envelope Greeting field on the Profile screen will override/refresh each time a new title is selected, and it will be populated with the Envelope Greeting configured for the selected title. When set to N, the Envelope Greeting field will not override/refresh when a new title is selected.
In S&C, when set to Y, the Envelope Greeting field can be manually changed. If a Contact profile is edited as an individual, then the ORS behavior will apply and the Envelope Greeting field will refresh each time a new title is selected. If edited as a Contact, the S&C behavior will apply.

Profiles>Parameters>Advanced Title When Advanced Title is set to N, the setting for Override Envelope Greeting will be ignored, and the Envelope Greeting field on the Profile screen will always override/refresh with the selected title's envelope greeting. |
