AUTO ASSIGN BY PRIORITY SETUP
- When assigning tasks use the Priority Setup configuration.
AUTO UPDATE WORKORDER
- Automatically Check and Update the Priority of the Workorder.
UPDATE PRIORITY ON RESPONSE TIME
- Automatically update Priority if Workorder exceeds expected response time.
Settings
DUE IN ROOM STATUS
- Priority of Workorder when room is Due In.
DUE IN VIP ROOM STATUS
- Priority of Workorder when room is Due In and guest has a VIP status.
GST ORIGINATED STATUS
- Default Priority of a Workorder when the guest has originated the issue.
LOCATION STATUS
- Default priority of a Workorder for a location.
OCCUPIED ROOM STATUS
- Priority of Workorder when room is occupied.
REFRESH TIME
- Refresh priority status within Task Navigator every X number of minutes.
STANDARD TASK STATUS
- Default priority of a Workorder for a standard task.
VACANT ROOM STATUS
- Priority of Workorder when room is vacant.
VIP OCCUPIED STATUS
- Priority of Workorder when room is occupied and guest has a VIP status.
VIP STATUS UPDATE
- Update Priority of Workorder when guest VIP level is less than this level.
