Description. Activate Sales Allowance Functionality
Internal Name. SALES_ALLOWANCE_ACTIVE
Property Determination. Do you want to use the Sales Allowance which allows the hotel to define a limit to the number of group rooms that can be booked per day? The allowance given will be evaluated whenever group bookings are made and a warning is issued whenever the amount of deduct-inventory group rooms exceeds the Sales Allowance limit for that date.
Activation / Inactivation Rules. |
The SALES ALLOWANCE function will be visible when the full S&C (OPS_<version number> Opera Sales & Catering License by Number of Rooms / OPC_<version number> Opera Sales & Catering License by Concurrent Users) or S&C Limited Service (OPL_<version number> Opera Sales & Catering License by Number of Rooms / OPM_<version number> Opera Sales & Catering License by Number of Concurrent Users) is active.
Or PMS / PMS XPRESS (When the OPE_<version number> Opera PMS Limited Service (XPRESS) license is active and when either SFA is active in the same schema or when the OPX_SFA license is active) |
