Permission Group. GENERAL

Description. Users with this permission will be able to modify and delete Service Requests that are marked as un-editable in configuration. This permission also has all the rights from the following permissions: MANAGE SERVICE REQUESTS, CONFIGURE SERVICE REQUESTS, VIEW SERVICE REQUESTS.
