Standard Tasks Overview

Functions

• SHOW OO STATUS - When creating a Quick Task, display a message if the status of the room or location selected is Out of Order or Out of Service.

Parameters

• DEFAULT LABOR TIME - Labor Time is required for completion of tasks.
• HOURLY RATE - Use the Default Hourly Rate for all Employees.
• LABOR TIME - Is it required to enter time needed to complete (all tasks)?
• MANDATORY SPARE PART - Entry of Spare Parts is mandatory at the completion of tasks.
• MANDATORY PLANT ASSET ID - Plant Asset ID is mandatory for the completion of quick tasks.
• SHOW GUEST INFORMATION - Show guest information when quick tasks are created for rooms.

Settings

• DEFAULT COMPLETED TASK STATUS - Default status of .the task within  the response time.
• DEFAULT HOURLY RATE - Enter hourly rate.
• DEFAULT RESPONSE TIME FOR TASKS -Default response time for a task.
• DEFAULT UNIT TIME FOR TASKS - Default unit of time to be used.
