Permission Group. GENERAL

Description. Access Lost and Found Item.

Internal Name. TRACKIT_LOST_AND_FOUND

Application Used In. PMS

Path. Miscellaneous>Track It>Dashboard>Lost check box

Miscellaneous>Track It>Dashboard>Lost Track It Group list item

Other Permissions.	The following permissions must also be granted:
	General>TRACKIT
	General>TRACKIT New/Edit
	General>TRACKIT Delete

Application Settings.

The General>Track It application function must be set to Y.

Licenses/Add On Licenses.

Notes. When this permission is not granted to the user the following functionality will be disabled:

• The Lost check box on the Track It Dashboard is grayed out.
• When completing a search on the Track It Dashboard, all Lost and Found items will not be returned in the search results.
• Lost will not be an option in the Track It Group when adding a new Track It item.
