Description. Activate Turndown functionality
Property Determination. The ability for a property to manage turndown requests. Default for the reservation are taken from room number configuration defaults giving users the ability to modify at the reservation level. Turndown management provides the statuses of Requested, Not Required, and Completed.

For the Turndown Credits field to be visible on the Room Configuration screen, the HOUSEKEEPING CREDITS application setting must be defined as ROOM. |
