Description. The UDF selected will define where the Customer Value returned from the 3rd party system is temporarily stored when a Yield Market Lookup is performed.

Internal Name. CUSTOMER_VALUE

Property Determination. With this application setting, a property gains the ability to obtain rates from within OPERA that are applicable to their specific Customer's Value.

OXI Outbound/Inbound Reservation Messages

In an OXI outbound reservation, if CUSTOMER VALUE has a UDFC field value (from the reservation), then the value in that UDFC field is sent in the <customer_value> tag in the OXI message.

In an OXI inbound reservation, if the <customer_value> tag is received and the CUSTOMER VALUE has a UDFC field value (from the reservation), then the received value is populated in that UDFC field. If the <customer_value> tag is NOT received, then the OPERA value remains unchanged.
