Description. Used to enable double Opt in functionality. When active, the double opt in check box is available to allow triggering a mail to the profile owner requesting inclusion in future promotions. The profile owner's response determines how the privacy option is updated. If they opt in, the privacy option is no longer active. If they decline, then privacy will remain active.
