Description.  Fiscal Program Name

Internal Name. FISCAL_PROGRAM_NAME

Property Determination. When the Fiscal Program Name application setting has a value assigned to it, then the Layout button is active from the Configuration>Cashiering>Folio Print Tasks menu option. But with the application setting left blank, the Layout button will be inactive and hidden.
