Multi-Property Group Deposit

To understand what is due for all the Guest’s business at any of the Hotels, all deposits, not just Sales & Catering, are noted on the Guest’s Profile. The Hotel, where the staff enters and collects the deposit, receives the revenue for the Guest’s deposit.

Business Block Screen

• Book groups from one property to another in the same property cluster.
• Split group bookings over several properties with property specific room grids.
• Ability to keep sub-bookings synchronized with the master or to handle them individually.
• Global or property specific deposit handling for split bookings as required.
• Generate multiple or property specific group contracts for split bookings as required.

Inquiry Screen

• Inquire for availability across multiple properties.
• Search by property features for suitable properties.
• Creation of room grids in any property from inquiry screen using generic room types.

Multi-property Group Rooms Control

The multi-property Group Rooms Control screen provides the ability to view sales target information for rooms, availability based on booking status, and detailed room availability for multiple properties.

Features of the multi-property GRC screen:

• Search for a summary of bookings by status, (i.e. view total for all Tentative bookings for the selected properties).
• View deducted and non-deducted room availability.
• Select properties, and display daily sales targets for room nights, room rate, and room revenue. Status Totals, Sale Allowance and Targets are shown combined if several properties are chosen.
• View the GRC screen between properties from any property in the same cluster.
• Combined availability will show if more than one property is selected at the same time.
• Transient Availability Screen shows combined availability that can be expanded into availability by property if several properties are selected.
