Oracle verifies customer version by dialing into site, clarify, etc. |

Oracle notifies Expedia about version upgrade complexity. |

Conference call (kickoff call) initiated between Oracle, Expedia, and the property to discuss the implementation process of the Direct Connect. |
|
Expedia will prepare for the implementation (interface PC ordered, data sheet sent to site, etc.). Oracle upgrades the site, if necessary. |
|
The property receives the interface PC and setup is done on-site. Connectivity is established with Expedia. |
|
Oracle verifies that the install file is on the Oracle Web site. |
|
Oracle connects to the Expedia interface PC and installs:

MICROS tests interface PC locally. |
|
Oracle trains Channel Management, OPERA Configurations, setup of the TA Profile and AR account for the TA profile. |
|
Mini-certification takes place between Oracle, Expedia, and the property. |
|
Once the mini-certification is complete, the site will be taken live. |

Connectivity call takes place between Oracle, Expedia, and the chain to ensure that the systems are properly connected. |

One week after connectivity is established, beta properties will be taken live. |
