Description. Storage of printed folios to be viewed/printed without re-generation.
Internal Name. PERMANENT_FOLIO_STORAGE
Property Determination. Activating this parameter allows a property to store an exact copy of a folio as a PDF when it is created. If the saved folio is being viewed or re-printed, then it is pulled from the stored PDF folio. The copies of the folios are stored in the location of, for example, D:\micros\opera\export\<schema_name>\<resort>\folios\<business date>.
Note: When set to Y, the "Do you want to print/preview an Invoice?" prompt will not display.
Activation / Inactivation Rules. |
Properties that will be activating this functionality will have to ensure that adequate back up space is in place as Oracle will not be responsible for any legal implications in case these folios are lost, for example hard disk failure, etc. |
