OPERA webProposals for Transient Sales
While Business Block webProposals can be created through OPERA Sales and Catering (S&C) or Property Management System (PMS), Transient webProposals can be created through S&C and OPERA Sales Force Automation (SFA). Transient webProposals are used to send rate offers and other details for non-group customers.
