Business Block Catering Revenue
The lower portion of the Business Block screen displays a summary of catering revenue that includes the following for each Catering Revenue Type included in the Business Block.
Additional details are available by selecting the Options button. From the buttons displayed, choose the Summary Info. Option button.
Forecast. The forecast revenue for this Revenue Type.
Revenue. The actual revenue for this Revenue Type.
Margin. The profit margin on this Revenue Type.
%. The percent profit on this Revenue Type.
Details. Displays the Business Block Revenue Type Consolidation screen.
